We couldn’t have asked for a better way to close the chapter on at 201 S. West St. in this past Saturday. was a smashing success!

It was so stellar.. yet very bittersweet..from the sold out crowd to the stacked lineup representing near and far. We saw so many intriguing characters who brought comedy, tragedy, pizazz, and raw emotion through 15 performances, as unique as each of us, and the space we leave behind. Those of us who could make it past bedtime danced our sparkly little hearts out for the remainder of the evening thanks to DJ Shaykey ✨ 💕

Wunderbar has been a home to us since 2019. In these past few years we have grown as people.. as artists, as a community, set on creating safe spaces for people to be themselves. To express their authenticity alongside us. We heard from many of you this weekend just how important that safety and sense of belonging is.

We hear you and will continue to seek out new spaces and build together! This isn’t the end.. only a new beginning. And in our house, you’re family 💕💞

We thank all of you- patrons, artists, staff alike… we love you!
