Happy new year from us here at 1 OAK Catering Co. 🥂 We are so thankful for all the relationships we have gained over the past year and we are excited for all the new relationships to come. Our goal was to expand, and boy oh boy did we do that. 700% growth over just this past year! We give credit for that to our wonderful clients we have had the pleasure of working with through 2023, and all the amazing vendors that we have worked with and partnered with. The support we all give each other is bountiful. We will be starting 2024 off with the food trailers grand opening (soooo exciting) the Puyallup wedding show, and a few other open houses we will share soon. We love what we do and we are excited to keep going and keep growing 💗 thank you all for your love and support as we bring our dreams to life. Need beverages with your catering?? We offer a cold beverage station with water, house made lemonade, and sweet tea (or your requested cold beverages) and a hot beverage station including assorted stash tea, coffee, decaf coffee, hot water, sugar, sugar substitutes, honey, stir sticks, and cream. We can also do other hot beverages upon request such as apple cider, Cocoa etc. both hot and cold beverage stations also include cold or hot cups.

Today's tasting was a really fun custom menu. These clients wanted Peruvian ceviche cups and
vegetable spring rolls for their hors d'oeuvres,
Asian sesame chicken salad (not pictured)
Build your own bibimbap station, to include the following
Jasmine rice
Minced marinated pork
Minced marinated beef
Seasoned spinach
Stir fried mund bean sprout
Roasted sh*take mushrooms
Julienne carrots
Toasted seaweed
Diakon radish salad
Cucumber salad
Gochujang bibimbap sauce
Soy bibimbap sauce
Chef's nailed it, they were very happy and are booking their special day with us. We are excited for this fun menu! Wish I had gotten more pictures, everything looked so good. Even the rice looked beautiful.
