It’s one of the first venues who added me to their preferred vendor list, I was working a wedding there when Cody and I first started talking on Bumble (iykyk) AND now we are getting married there this September 🫶🏻

I’ll actually never get over this wedding, these bridesmaids dresses, the flowers, and the PEOPLE who made this day so special 🫶🏻🌸 💕 as I plan my own wedding, I keep coming back to the feeling. How do I want to feel? How do I want Cody to feel? How do I want my guests to feel? How do I want my vendors to feel? The answer: I want us all to feel the love! 💕 This wedding was one of the best examples of that feeling.

Taking a minute to showcase a wedding I am so beyond proud of!! The couple and their guests planned a destination wedding at all the way from New York! With the help of as their planner, this day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. It was perfect! 💕🤍✨

Doing my best at showing you all my wedding planning process! I tested these “Patrician Premium Hand Dipped Candles” from @washington_floral_service and I couldn’t be more excited to use them for my wedding! . . The results?? As long as the candle is straight up and down, it won’t drip. And even when I tilted it to test my hypothesis, the dripping didn’t even reach down to the candle holder. The biggest reason for testing this is so that I don’t ruin my linens on the tables!

Do I grow all my own flowers for weddings? . . ABSOLUTELY NOT . . Why? 1. I live on a 5,500 at lot in Tacoma 2. It’s too stressful 🥲 3. I LOVE supporting my local flower farming friends who grow way more than me! 4. I do a lot of weddings that are out of our Washington flower season and have to import some flowers to have enough! . . It brings me so much joy to tuck in a few flowers into each wedding that I grew, but if I tried to grow all my own, I think it would suck the fun out of gardening for me! HUGE thank you to every connection I’ve made near and far who grows flowers.
