Forgot to mention the other customers who ordered gingerbread and dozens of cookies for Thanksgiving - Godson Windsor Williams in Culver City, CA, my sisters Edna and Marilyn in Portland. And, the ones who just had to have some good ol Southern seafood gumbo - Vince, Howard II and grandson Howard III whose birthday gift theme was warm and cozy. So fun to cook for all of you. Thanks so much for supporting my little bakery and catering biz.

Hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving. Thanks to all my lovely customers who ordered sweet potato, pumpkin and apple pies for their family gatherings. Thanks to you wonderful ones who kept me busy with cobblers, gingerbread and cookies. I loved it! And I especially enjoyed helping make Thanksgiving dinner for 60 of my neighbors at Lakewood Meadows senior apartments who didn't have plans for the holiday. We will get together again on Dec 20 for Christmas. And can't forget the ones who just had to have seafood gumbo for Thanksgiving. You all kept me pretty busy. But I'm ready for your Christmas cooking and baking needs so let me know as soon as possible so I can spend time with my family. Love you all.
