The Enchanted Florist I have been involved with flowers since I was 19 years old. I have been trained by some amazing Florists along the way, including my Mom. Lisa Caldwell

She passed on her love and knowledge of flowers to me and I've been in love ever since! I started my own business 23 years ago, with a break in the middle to raise my kids and watch them grow into amazing adults. At the urging of my daughter and a few other wonderful family and friends, it was time to get back into the floral business again! I'm in my happy place meeting people and planning and cr

Sarah & Odessa…can’t wait for next year!! Sarah thank you for hosting your coworkers! I had so much fun!

Meeker…I’ll see you in year!! You all have gotten so creative!!

You see this tradition started because of my teacher daughter , that wanted to create a fun event for the teachers at her school where they could relax, laugh, destress (I mean they’re teachers) and get creative. This has grown to two middle schools and I am so damned proud of her for what she’s created and having me involved and do what I love to do! ❤️ The pride I feel when I see her in her element is incredible!

Thanksgiving is tomorrow.

I have so much to be thankful for this year! I have had amazing Brides with crazy fun visions just like this gorgeous gal .hulett

We went to new venues like this one on Vashon Island called . We’ve met new vendors and worked with vendors we have known for years!

We had Alex with for this wedding! His eye for detail is insane! And we’ve known them for quite a few years and I get so excited when I see them listed as the photographers! They are very good!!

It was a very busy season and I’m grateful for a downturn in weddings and only have 1 job for a bit to recharge and reconnect with my family! I’m so grateful to my day job for letting me have Fridays off through the height of the season.

A sweet teacher that only needed personals! I can help! Y’all know I love my Teachers & Nurses!

She wanted all white bouquets with texture & softness and I really really loved her bouquet.

Rainy again so photos were taken inside…only Jimbo didn’t listen to me….bouquet shot only. Hair is crazy ass wild…no makeup and he thought he was funny when he said be the Bride…suurreee dear! 😂 hence me laughing!

Am I part hippie….of course!! But I also love a classic & elegant vibe with design. They just might be delivered in hippie bus if it’s not raining!

I could not be more proud of these girls!! ❤️
My 4th year of supporting these girls last Saturday!

I NEVER would’ve had the guts to do what these girls have accomplished! Let alone learn the hair & makeup part…dirt & flowers…yes please! Overalls & clogs…of course!! 😂

These girls have held down college courses, high school courses, jobs, volunteering in the community and supporting their platforms!

Girls, take this time to get a feel for your landing spot after this is over!

Take it from a gal that feels like I’m almost living my dream of just doing flowers (2 years to go) but it’s also taken many years to get to this place!

May your place in life come sooner than mine so you have many years to enjoy life!

No, wedding season isn’t over for me yet!

This wedding was a year in the making. The Bride knows her flowers quite well! In fact she grew the flowers for her Guest tables. It was so fun to work with a fellow flower lover to design the color palette that I was going to use!

Also, it was so great to be able to reconnect with my former Bride & Groom from this summer who referred me and were also in the Bridal party! ❤️

I also got my lil buddy fix this week who now knows how to help fluff roses! 💙

When you own a tiny little business, you don’t have sick days! I was lucky I had most of this wedding done the day before I got sick. Keep the garbage close…just sayin 😂

But, I have to give a shout out to the ones that support us and have our back, like this guy!

He separated ALL the roses for this aisle. I didn’t ask him, he just did it. 🥹😭 He loaded the car, unloaded the car, moved the car, helped set the centerpieces and had the aisle half done before I could say anything. So, I didn’t have to do much.
We were in and out pretty quick! Thanks to the hubby!

He is my rock and biggest supporter! ❤️And, I’m so grateful for him!

And, if he doesn’t get sick then he isn’t human!

This was a day to remember! Saturday, Vashon Is, with 2 people that were so creative in their vision. It was an honor to create this arch and make it stand out from all the green surrounding the property. It was a magical entrance to a fairyland full@of light and love!

Happy May Day!! It’s going to be a beautiful Month! 🌸

2022 is complete! Thank you for your support and kind words over the year! Your encouragement keeps me moving forward! 2023 will be my 10th year back creating weddings. During my hiatus years of not designing weddings to the 3 very special weddings in 2013 that kicked started this lil biz….I missed the whole process…the hours of planning, creating proposals, the designing and even the bucket cleaning and busted and dirty fingernails 😂 I’m excited for the new year and all it will bring! But, for now…some rest from standing in the garage with the music blasting. Pretty sure the neighbors will be happy, too!! 😂

Life is really busy! But it’s a happy busy!!! August has been filled with weddings, photo shoots, elopements and vacation…which I want to go on again! 😂 Another wedding & a proposal for this weekend! I will post when I have time! I could use a secretary, a social media assistant and someone in billing…cuz, I have to fire myself…😘

Vintage venue in Tacoma, classic white and greenery feel and the end of the season for the smilax vines….happy I was able to still get some for A &J!

Go visit these booths, Gallucci's Catering , West of the Waterway, Olson Mansion at The Tacoma Wedding Expo at The Tacoma Dome Expo Center!! You can wrap up everything you need to plan the perfect wedding! It was a fun time setting up and watching their reps create a magical setting!
