•Elopement: $200
•Renewal of vows: $250 with a $125 deposit
•Ceremony only: $250 with a $125 deposit
•Rehearsal & Ceremony: $350 with a $175 deposit

Included is travel within a 50 mile radius of zip code 73505. Travel to rehearsal and ceremony: Between 50-500 miles from zip code 73505 mileage is billed at .55* cents per mile each way. based on IRS reimbursement. * indicates subject to change.

If beyond 125 miles from zip code 73505, the mileage is $200.
​
Remaining balance is due the day of the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable and is required to reserve a date and time and to contract work on creating the ceremony. Special requests within reason and consultation to discuss ceremony details are included.

US Supreme Court takes expansive view of business 'speech' in LGBT wedding website case. The court's opinion by Justice Neil Gorsuch compared Smith to speechwriters, painters and film directors. Even though she operates a public business, the court said, she is a “creative professional” whose work is an “expressive design.” The state can no more force Smith to make websites for same-sex weddings, the opinion said, than it could compel an “unwilling Muslim director” to make a pro-Zionist film or an atheist painter to create a mural celebrating Bible scenes. “Were the rule otherwise, the better the artist, the finer the writer, the more unique his talent, the more easily his voice could be conscripted to disseminate the government's preferred messages,” Gorsuch wrote. “That would not respect the First Amendment; more nearly, it would spell its demise.” Check back for the KSWO7News Lawton to watch the entire interview by journalist Victoria Anderson!
