The Assembly on Adams
I’m thrilled to finally share something the team has been working hard on!
We had an incredible opportunity to create a new space that blends two of my greatest passions: @socialcatering and @socialkitchentlh into one unique concept. It’s with so much excitement (and a lot of love) that we introduce The Assembly on Adams!
Located in the heart of downtown, The Assembly is a turnkey, customizable event space, while also serving as a go-to spot for coffee meetings, quick lunches, unique gifts, and catering pickups and deliveries.
We can’t wait to watch this concept grow into something truly special for our community.
Tomorrow through Friday, we will be hosting our Open House and Soft Opening. We’ll be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for coffee, pastries, grab-and-go lunches, and tours of the space. If you’re in the area, please stop by and say hi!
We’ll take Thanksgiving week off to add a few final touches and enjoy time with our families, and then it’s go time on December 2nd!

After hearing so many of you ask for picanha, we had to bring in this specialty steak and try it ourselves to see what it was all about!
We started with prime picanha, seasoned it generously, and let it rest overnight.
Then, using the reverse sear method— we started it low and slow in the oven, finishing it on a blazing hot grill. A touch of compound butter while it rested brought everything together before it was sliced.
PERFECTION!
We now know why picanha has such a following! Stop by and give it a try—you won’t be disappointed.
