So, the phone rings, I don’t know the number but answers, anyway.
Her: I know you don’t know me but ummm…
Me: 😳 (in my head)
Her: but, I ordered breakfast from you and I need another plate.
Me: 😭😭😭 Ok but I don’t have any sausage left.
Her: I don’t care…I just NEED more waffles…I’m not sure what you put in them but they slappin’!! I’ll pay the regular price for just waffles…lol.
Me: Lol, Ok, ma’am, I got you. I have her an extra waffle cause she made my day! 🤣 I never realized that I would enjoy doing this so much.

Home made buttermilk waffles, lightly sweetened with a little sugar and vanilla, w/ a home made maple butter syrup. Lightly sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
ETA: She requested for me to drizzle her waffles with the syrup. This isn’t normally how it would be served.
