It is with great regret that we have to cancel the UT Band Camp for summer 2022.

If you already registered for camp this summer, please check the primary email you used when you registered for more details. It is our hope to have a return in summer 2023.

Registration is now open for Summer Band Camp 2022!!!

This summer we will only host the day camp portion of our camp.

- For Payment option go to our "Fee and Payment" Tab on our Band camp webpage.

The UT Band Camp is a comprehensive music camp for woodwind, brass and percussion students entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2022. Sponsored by the Department of Music at The University of Tampa, Band Camp is led by Brandon McDannald, UT director of bands and music education.

The Master Class Performance times have been updated.

7th Grade Campus Band Master Class Recital: Sykes Chapel at 9:40 a.m.

8th - 9th Grade Concert Band Master Class Recital: Sykes Chapel at 11:00 a.m.

9th - 12th Grade Symphonic and Wind Ensemble Band Master Class Recital: Sykes Chapel at 1:50 p.m.

(concluding with Grande Finale Concerts, middle school bands at 5 p.m., high school bands at 7 p.m.)

Hello,

As UT Band Camp 2019 is quickly approaching, I have included some information that everyone should be aware about.

Some quick information:
• Everyone:
o Please take note of the General Info Letter, What To Bring, and UT Emergency and Media Release Forms. These forms can be filled out, scanned, and sent back OR in person day of on-site registration/check-in.
o If you have an outstanding balance due, I have sent PayPal request for the remaining balance. If the payment is not done through PayPal, we can accept checks or money orders on the day of on-site registration/check-in.
• Resident Campers:
o Please take note of the Overnight Guidelines and send back filled out via e-mail OR in person on day of on-site registration/check-in.
o Students will be assigned overnight counselors day of on-site registration/check-in. From there they will be able to select their roommates. There will be four(4) students per room, so if you student has a friend or group of friends they know they would like to be roomed with, please keep that in mind day of check-in.
• AUDITION MUSIC:
o The audition music is posted on the UT Band Camp website and I have linked it below. The year may say 2018, but I can ensure you that it is the audition music for this year as well.

Day Camper: $275*
Resident Camper: $475*
*A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Late registration will be accepted as space allows.

Registration is now live!!

There are two parts of registration. To begin, complete the online application form (part 1 of 2). Once completed, you will be directed to a PayPal payment page, or if paying by money order (part 2 of 2), you will need to print the page and mail it to the Department of Music. Complete instructions are provided in the registration documents.

UT Band Camp registration forms and payment are due by June 1, 2018. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. After June 1, 2018, registrations will be taken as space allows.

Gebhardt Leadership Camp registration forms will be handled by the students' band director.
