Classic Lobster Meuniere 🦞

Macadamia Berry salad- mixed greens tossed in a wild blueberry vin, fet cheese, seasonal berries.

Wild caught Chilean Seabass (from Australia), with a herb crust baked to perfection, confit garlic and romano parmesan risotto, carrots a la vychy, sweet basil infused olive oil, sweet and spicy shiitake mushroom jam, microcikantro.

Pot de creme (All time customer fav), with French dark chocolate custard, brown butter salted pistachios, Chantilly cream and shaved gourmet chocolate, this is unbelievably delicious 😏

Views from the Prime rib 🤤

I marinated the roast with fresh rosemary, thyme, garlic, seasonings and a little olive oil. Roasted it at 500 for 15 minutes to get that crust, then the rest of time at 325. Let it rest for at least an hour to reabsorb those juices.

Also served with a French bordelaise sauce (bordeau wine) hence the name, buttered haricot verts, pommes aligote (gruyere double creamed mash), blackened tiger shrimp, and some local microgreens. Bon Apetite 🥂
