We can't keep “quiet” about our appreciation for how the Temple Terrace Library served our community by being one of the locations providing comfort to our residents who were out of power post-Hurricane Milton—offering such things as an opportunity to get some relief in the air conditioning while charging their electronics. Things that mean a lot when your power is off for several days! Thank you for not only providing comfort but also showing care.

It was our pleasure to show our appreciation to the Temple Terrace Fire Department. For their daily service to our community, especially during and through recovery from Hurricane Milton.

We want to thank the Police Department for keeping our community safe and responding to the needs of the community in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. Also, thanks to the city's Public Works department for all their hard work and dedication to serving our community with all the cleanup necessary following the storm. So many are away from their homes and families to serve our community during this time. We see you. And we thank you.

We have several team members still out due to the effect of the storm. We wish them all well and look forward to their return soon.
