If you don’t know about his story, KissKiss is a soon to be 6 month old teacup chihuahua who came to us from Tallahassee, FL. He has a heart that cannot be repaired due to multiple genetic defects he was born with and the heart muscle thickening because it’s in overdrive. He’s on beta blockers to help with his heart rate so that we can get more time but ultimately he does not have a life expectancy passed a year because heart failure is inevitable.

KissKiss brings a valued lesson to us all and that is, “Live the best life you can while you have it!” KissKiss wants to help us all live the best life so he will be going live every Monday night at 7 PM with a different rescue so that we can all get to know each other and learn how to help!

Tonight’s first live brings a brand new rescue to you Kindred Hearts Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc.! We are so excited to go live with them!

Happy Wednesday!!! Delanie has been keeping a busy schedule with Delanie’s Lemonade Stand. She was super excited to do her check presentation for her November rescue, Squirrelly AF Rescue. She raised $1431.65 for their rescue. Thank you to everyone who donated, stopped in for lunch or shared her posts. Check out their information if you missed it in November.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO PROVIDING RESCUE, REHABILITATION, EDUCATION, SANCTUARY, AND RELEASE OF SQUIRRELS.

RESCUE
Many babies come to us from downed nests caused by everything from tree trimmers to storms... Along with predator attacks and even poisoning.

REHAB
Weeks are spent feeding every so many hours, by syringe. Till old enough to have solid food, then keep up with proper diet with all vitamins and nutrients.

RELEASE
When ready, time is spent outside in pre-release cages till they learn about the outside world, sounds, smells, weather.. etc. Then onto their new journey in the wild!
