Gm, last night was another amazing private dinner. The theme was an Elevated Diner Experience. Think of your famous diner foods but elevated to a more elegant level. BOOK US!!! You won't be disappointed ππ
-Roast tenderloin with potato cakes and crispy shallots, spicy pepper aujus
Bison burger topped/dressed with arugula, onion jam, tomato relish, horseradish mayo, bacon jam
-Duck breast served on polenta sweet potato waffles finished with balsamic maple sauce
-Pan fried grit cakes topped with shrimp, soft fried egg and finished with Cajun spiced Mornay sauce.(Dusted with bacon, cayenne, green chive mixture)
-Open Faced Bison Burger- Sweet Potato Polenta Waffle, Bison Burger topped then dressed with arugula, onion jam, tomato relish, horseradish aioli, and sauteed mushrooms.
-Pineapple Supreme: The Elevated take on a Pineapple Upside Down Cake, pineapple cake with layers of pineapple curd in between and finished with a cherry compote and a brown sugar glaze
-Bourbon Banana "Pick Me Up" The Elevated take on the famous Banana Pudding Fresh made pudding, layered in between soaked cinnamon bourbon vanilla wafers, whipped cream, banana Foster and finished off with a whipped topping and coco dust
-Carrot Cake Dream The Elevated take on Carrot Cake, iced in cream cheese icing Moist carrot cake, almost brownie like, mixed in with pecans,spices, shredded carrots and then swirled with a sweet cream cheese, baked to a soft finish.
