Meet the cast of GREASE! We open TOMORROW!!!

RENEE CALLAHAN (Pink Lady/Rydell Cheerleader) (she/her) This is Renee’s 7th production at Footlite, following Something Rotten, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Big Fish, Anything Goes, Gypsy, and Hairspray. Renee has been dancing her whole life, with previous involvement as a Zumba Instructor, show choir member, dancer with competition dance team, and performer in school plays/musicals. She is currently a dance instructor at “Dance Innovations” in Westfield, IN, teaching various styles of dance. In May 2021, Renee graduated from IUPUI with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and is working as an occupational therapist at Franciscan Health. Renee wants to thank the talented cast/crew for bringing her so much joy!

BAILEY RAE HARMON (Patty Simcox) (she/her) is the 19 year old daughter of Rob and Tifani Harmon. Bailey will soon be a sophomore this upcoming fall at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) studying Elementary Education. Bailey is beyond excited to be a part of “Grease” here at Footlite!!! Some of Bailey’s favorite previous roles include being: Follies Girl in “Crazy For You”, Kylar in “Bring It On the Musical”, Lucinda in “Into the Woods”, Ensemble in “Something Rotten!”, and a Delta Nu in “Legally Blonde the Musical”. Bailey would like to extend many thanks to God, her family, all of her friends, and the staff, cast, and crew of this extraordinary production for all their endless love and support!!! Bailey couldn’t have dreamed of a better way to spend her “summer nights” than with this group and she cannot wait for you all to enjoy the show!!!!

DANNY ROBERDS (Burger Boys) (he/him) is excited to be part of another show at Footlite Musicals. His recent roles include The Sergeant (The Pirates of Penzance), Dan (Joseph), Congregant (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), and Bard Boy/ Chef (Something Rotten) at Footlite as well as Sir Danvers (Jekyll & Hyde) at Franklin Central High School. Danny is currently attending Butler University where he is a senior majoring in accounting. Danny would like to thank the cast and staff for making an incredible production, as well as his family and friends for their love and support.

NOAH NORDMAN (Doody) (He/Him) is so excited to be a part of Grease this summer at Footlite Musicals! This will be his Sixth show at this historical theater, with previous credits including Don Price in Big Fish, Reuben in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and his personal favorite so far, Tulsa in Gypsy. When not performing on the Footlite stage, you can find Noah writing and performing Original songs as well as covers at venues in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. He would like to thank his loving and supporting family and friends for always being there to cheer him on whenever he performs. He hopes to put on a fantastic show for you today!

JENNA LYNCH (Pink Lady) (she/her) is so excited to be in her first musical here with Footlite! She is very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such amazing, talented individuals and work with her 2 favorite uncles, Rick and Chris! Jenna has always had a love for performing since she started dancing competitively at a young age and always has felt most herself when she’s onstage. Jenna would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to her best friend, Sarah, who has always supported her and been there for Jenna through the many highs and lows. She would also like to thank Rick and Chris, for always being so loving and supportive and being the best second parents ever. Jenna hopes you love grease and she can’t wait for everyone to see it!

Meet the Cast of GREASE!

KELSEY MCDANIEL (Jan) (she/her) is a senior in the Musical Theatre Vocal Performance program at New York University. Favorite NYC credits include Darling, Crybaby, and Applause. Most recently, Kelsey and her friends performed Damnation! The Musical, a show they wrote, to a sold out audience in New York City. Indianapolis credits include The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Kelsey is the founder of Fast Apple Artists, a production company dedicated to bringing both established and original works of theatre to the stages of New York City and Indiana by way of young artists and collaborators. Upcoming projects include Heathers (Veronica), and this fall, Kelsey will be the choreographer and will be playing Sarraghina in Nine at NYU. Thank you to the entire creative team for letting me live my Pink Lady dream! All my love.

ADRIAN DAEGER (Pink Lady) (she/her) feels so grateful and lucky to be part of her fifth production at Footlite Musicals! Some of her favorite roles include Esmeralda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Marcy in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Clara in scenes from The Light in the Piazza, and a napkin in Beauty and the Beast! Adrian is a recent 2021 graduate from Butler University where she received her Bachelor’s in Music Performance: Vocal Performance. She was last seen on stage performing as a vocalist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra for “Jack’s Broadway Standing Ovations.” She would like to thank her family for supporting her, her friends for making this show the most fun ever, and Rick, Chris, and Kayvon for being kind and supportive and allowing her to boogie her heart out on stage!

JONNA KAUFFMAN (Cheerleader) (she/her) This is Jonna’s third production at Footlite, but Jonna is no stranger to the stage. She is so excited to be back and apart of this fantastic show! Jonna was in Footlite’s most recent production of Something Rotten in the ensemble as well as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee playing one of her dream roles, Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre. Some of her favorite previous roles Jonna has played are Mimi (Rent), Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical), Patti Simcox (Grease), Miss Hannigan (Annie), Lafeu (Beauty & the Beast), and an Ugly Stepsister (Cinderella). Jonna is so thankful and over the moon to be part of this production filled with a star-studded cast and crew. Big thank you to my family and to Rick, Chris, and Kayvon for giving me this opportunity to be back on this stage. Enjoy the show!

MAX CATLOW (Danny) (He/Him) is very excited to make his second appearance with Footlite Musicals in this summer’s Grease. He has been on a musical theater journey for four years with this being his fourth musical. He was previously in Franklin Central’s Beauty and The Beast as Gaston, Footlite Musicals Bring It On as Steven, and for good measure did Bring it On a second time at Franklin Central as Cameron. His first taste of stardom was in 2006 in Footlite’s production of Footloose as the sleeping child in a single church scene. He also has experience in Franklin Central’s award-winning choir, FC Singers, and has brought some of his lessons learned from there to his musical theater work. This will not be his last show here at Footlite, and he cannot wait for what will come next on his journey into the world of performing arts. He would like to say thank you to the director and creative team for seeing a spark in him for this show. He would also like to thank his family and friends who have always supported him, and to all of the audience members for attending Footlite’s Grease!

Meet the Cast of GREASE!

ROMAN WILLIAMS ( Burger Boys) ( He/Him) is so excited to be a part of his first musical at Footlite. He was seen previously in AU’s production of Seussical as a Wickersham Brother. Also he is currently Yertle The Turtle( Seussical) at Ricks Weils production. This is Roman’s second community theatre production outside of college; however, in high school (Warren Central) he was a triple threat performing in color guard and theatre for six years and show choir for two years.He is currently going to be a sophomore at Anderson University majoring in theatre and a dance complementary major.Before college, Roman was in many shows including Sweeney Todd( Policeman/ensemble), Elf(security guard #1/bad santa #3 / elf ensemble) Little Women( Professor Bhaer), and more. Roman is excited to be a part of this new experience and hopes you enjoy the show!

AUSTIN STODGHILL (Teen Angel/Burger Boys) (he/him) is LIT to be in his 7th production here at Footlite! He’s HIGH KEY excited to be JIVIN’ with his woke castmates! We out here with that Main Character Energy! SHEESH! Big thanks to the fam Rick & Chris for being dank Directors! In them we stan! We finna make these songs live rent free in yo head! THATS CAP!

SOPHIE SWEANY (Frenchy) (she/her) is thrilled to be making her Footlite debut! When not on stage, Sophie works as a Special Education Teacher in Washington Township. Sophie sends a million thanks to her family, friends, and Andrew for their endless love and encouragement, and the entire cast, staff, and crew for making her fall in love with performing again. Enjoy the show!

LAUREN LEWIS (Pink Lady) (she/her) is absolutely peachy keen to make her Footlite debut in Grease! From the moment she received the “Most Dramatic” award in her kindergarten class, she was always destined to fall in love with performing! Lauren feels incredibly blessed to be a part of such an iconic production and thanks the entire cast, crew, and staff for welcoming her with open arms, making it so easy to fall in love with performing again. She would also like to thank Jake, her friends, with extra special thanks to her bestie Sophie Sweany (Frenchy) for inspiring her to audition and her family for all of their constant love, support and encouragement! Enjoy the show!!
