Hosting destination weddings at West Coast Florida private estates and residences has been our passion since 2006. Our company, Event Concepts . Florida/Catering By Robert, has focused on helping couples with seamless celebrations even when planning from many miles away. Communication is our number one priority.
We are an award-winning company with over 34 years of experience in the Florida wedding industry. Our packages include everything you need for a first class celebration in the privacy of a vacation rental or estate.
Besides full service planning, design, catering, and coordination, we maintain an active list of over 100 selected properties where you can hold both a ceremony and reception (all outdoors). Our basic Private Home Event Services Package includes event management, all non-alcoholic beverage services, dinner and hors d’oeuvres, linens, china, tables, chairs, table top décor, coordination, and much, much more.
We have the most reliable resources for tents, lighting, specialty furnishings, entertainment, fresh florals, and just about anything you need for your unique celebration. We assist with guest room blocks, transportation, valet, and logistical features.
