Went through a Dusty parking lot today and it told me that I need an alignment and my rear tires are over inflated. I've already ordered new tires and wheels so it's not a big deal but good information!

Well. The judges were not in our favor this weekend. I was not on my game, and not fully prepared for how cold it was. We turned in some pretty good offerings, but there were really good teams out there, and pretty good doesn't cut it.

On a more positive note, I would like to introduce our newest Cool Guy Miguel!

It was his first competition. He had a great time and enjoyed himself. He was a little surprised about how much goes into it, but it's a labor of love lol. He might even come back 😂

Good cleaning after 4 cooks. Don't want any unknown flavor comments. How often does everybody clean their smokestacks? Grates were degreased and pressure washed. Everything was heated and re-seasoned when I was done.
