Getting a lot of inquiries about the rescheduling of 2 events that were planned at Perry Harvey Park:

Please Read.
(All vendors should have been following on EVENT PAGE a minimum of 10 days prior or find updates are on WEBSITE.)
This is a necessary reschedule NOT CANCELLATION.

If you’re following our event page, you’ll have the details of postponed notice due to safety.
New replacement dates come this week.

Important news – we are moving our event on December 15th and 16th, and it will not be held on the same date.
We've encountered complications with the venue the city recently relocated us to, Perry Harvey Park, ranging from theft to significant unresolved onsite vandalism (what appears to be old n fresh bullet holes attached photo - 18+ of them…now filled with rubber cement, already) and nearby shootings resulting in deaths and 15 injuries.

Given that we operate as an “overnight event”, there is a heightened risk associated with leaving vendor exhibits, trailers, and food trucks overnight at this location. This decision is driven by concerns for the safety of BOTH vendors' property and event STAFF left on overnight watch.

We are on the verge of finalizing a much better artisan environment & qualified buyers location. Expect the announcement of 3-4 new dates and the locations within 1 week

We recognize that this has been a difficult decision, some vendors elated for better change and others angry, but please know that it is made with the BEST INTEREST of our vendors' breakdown times, property, safety, and creating an environment conducive to successful sales and QUALITY community outreach.

Thank you to vendors for sincerely considering everyone’s safety, (including yourself), of property and your ongoing support, patience, and understanding.

Announcements will be sent out shortly for you to select your replacement dates.
