Who doesn't love a Sparkler Send-Off at the end of the night? 😍

BUT! Have you thought about all the logistics of how to make your Sparkler Send-Off an absolute success? Use these tips to ensure the best results!

1) Invest in the extra long sparklers - they are more expensive but definitely worth it, regardless of how many guests you have. The more guests = longer time to get everyone’s sparkler lit. But even if you have a smaller wedding, the longer sparklers allow you to keep running through the sparklers to ensure your photographer gets as many photos as possible. 2) HAVE A BLOW TORCH OR CIGAR LIGHTER FOR LIGHTING THE SPARKLERS. The sparklers need to be exposed to a much higher temperature flame to ignite and regular Bic lighters or long grill lighters are not hot enough and it will take MUCH MUCH longer to get everyone’s sparklers lit. 3) Have your guests put the tips of the sparklers together (like 3/4 guests grouped together) so that whoever is lighting the sparklers can do groups of sparklers at the same time instead of individual lighting everyone’s. 4) I always suggest my brides have enough sparklers so that some, if not all of their guests, can have two sparklers to hold. The more sparklers the better in my opinion. 5) MAKE SURE YOU BRING A TALL METAL CONTAINER OF SOME KIND FOR PUTTING THE SPARKLERS IN AFTER YOU’RE FINISHED. The sparklers remain pretty warm for up to two minutes after going out so they can still melt plastic.
