Continuing in his efforts of bringing people of together in the name of having authentic, transparent dialogue; for the cause of raising the #Awareness and #Education it will take to truly solve the world's socially engineered ills, Rastafari's Realness pleads with the City of Tampa's City Council once again for assistance in doing so.
From the December '20 City Council meeting and on record statements, one can see where Councilmen Orlando Gudes, Tampa City Council, District 5, & Bill Carlson, Tampa City Council Member, District 4, extended an offer to contact them as to schedule one on one virtual meetings to speak on this further and see what they can do to help bring this much needed assembly into fruition. Yourhighness is happy to say that the meeting with Councilman Gudes has taken place, the exchange of dialogue went well, and with his assistance we're moving forward with the vision. The meeting with Councilman Carlson is occurring soon.
Also, Tampa City Councilman Luis Viera - District 7 committed on record in December to participating in Yourhighness' newly spawned virtual podcast, "H.O.T. Dialogue". Yourhighness is also happy to announce that a representative from his office has reached out this past week, and he is scheduled to participate on the next episode which will be recorded on 2/6/21.

The program is centered around the Breonna Taylor killing at the hands of the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD). At the time of the discussion, the grand jury recordings were just released to the public the day before (Fri, 10/3/20). We delve into the publicized information in regards to the killing by law enforcement, and the timeline of events/occurrences in relation to the such thereafter.
The public reaction throughout society has been that of outrage, sorrow, a lack of empathy, and everything in between. In the efforts of discovering what's at the source of the controversy and why, we engage in thoughtful, honest dialogue in regards to this young woman losing her life; and what it represents in relation to the world's current social climate throughout the globe. Highlighting the well-known tension between Black society, and White society.
