Flowers inside of a bar, are just as good as flowers on top of it! Beautiful bar options are endless and have long surpassed the days of just a table and a linen. Bars have the ability to make a statement and add a design element far beyond their functionality.
When designing your event, don’t overlook the possibilities a bar (or bars) can provide. For this holiday party, we chose our friends at ’ Evelyn bar and when paired with flowers, it created a statement that guests could enjoy all evening!

We are dreaming of holiday “I dos”!

For this festive bouquet, we put together rich red roses, blush garden roses, white ranunculus and tulips, merlot scabiosa and a touch of silver dollar eucalyptus and Italian ruscus to create the perfect holiday inspired bouquet.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of romance? For us, it’s a beautiful bouquet of roses that captures the essence of love.

Red roses are synonymous with love. While they might feel overused for Valentine’s Day, they can add so much depth and texture into any event. Their brilliant color contrasting against a neutral palette create so much impact and drama.

Hi friends! We have power and we’re back in the office! What an unimaginable October this has been! We appreciate everyone’s patience as we’ve maneuvered Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton.
While we’re back, just a heads up that we will be delayed in our response time as we work through new event reschedules and getting our studio back in order. We sustained roof damage that caused water damage in our warehouse. While it has created a mess, we feel thankful that that is the extent of our damage.
Praying for everyone in Florida working through rebuilding their communities.

We are safe. Our team is safe. We are in the process of assessing damage to our studio, but we are thankful to report it is not excessive. Our studio will remain closed until we are allowed by the to return.
We are praying for our community, all of our friends along the coast of Southwest Florida and everyone impacted by Hurricane Milton.

Our heart aches for our community and everyone affected by Hurricane Helene. Friends from afar, you’ve asked what you can do to help, here is a solution! Our friends at have started relief efforts for the local Event Industry community!
The slides share more details, but any amount can help make a difference. Our industry is resilient, but being so heavily impacted during COVID and again during Hurricane Ian and now Helene, it can be overwhelming to comprehend. We appreciate any support you might be able to give to help our local community and special event industry!

This past week has felt like a blur. The devastation along the Florida coast feels overwhelming to process. As we once again work through wedding and event reschedules, we just ask for your grace as these unexpected changes take precedence in the coming days.
We are fortunate that we received no damage to our studios and thankfully, our team personally received minimal damage. Fellow event vendors, if you or someone you know is misplaced and needs space to work, please have them reach out, we are here to help!
To our community, our hearts our broken. To our clients working through changes, we will get through this together. Florida, we are resilient. ❤️

Event Design is an evolution, inspired by everything around us.

It’s a partnership of teams of people, working together to create something magical.

For this event, the design started with the word “maximalism”. It was born when our friend Emily from declared that she had the perfect plate.

The plate became the inspiration behind all aspects of this portion of the dinner.

Emily, Ian and Zoe worked hand in hand over the course of months, tweaking a design board as inspiration came to light.

From there, we layered in the perfect creative event partners that took the inspiration and brought it to life.

From the most intricate details to the most impactful ones, we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the final product.

The event might have started with floral models, but it ended on the 27th Floor of the JW’s rooftop lounge, , overlooking our beautiful city of Tampa. Beacon has impeccably designed interiors, so we decided to strategically place statement floral pieces and use a color palette that would enhance our surroundings.

With summer still looming and the brunch taking place Sunday morning, we felt a vibrant palette of lavenders and yellows with a pop of orange was perfect direction.
