I need someone who knows how to work on RVs to come and help me right now we lost power towards the end of the night last night. Cannot find out why our main connection to the RV is fine and we slept the entire night as best we could and woke up to an icicle frozen RV on the outside

I feel compelled to share my current situation with everyone. Presently, I am experiencing significant discomfort due to a day of extensive painting. I have returned to Albuquerque to prepare my property for new tenants, following the previous renters' destruction of my home. This process has been protracted due to time constraints. Now, in a state of relative calm, I have taken a pain reliever and am resting. Although I miss the urban atmosphere, I appreciate the tranquility. The sounds of the city - dogs barking, cars passing, and sirens in the distance - are noticeably absent. As a city person, this adjustment is challenging. Our relocation to Taos was motivated by a desire to slow our pace, having previously managed seven successful businesses in Albuquerque. A personal crisis prompted this change, and through counseling, we refocused on a single business. We are now dedicated to promoting indigenous cuisine, emphasizing clean living and sustainable practices, aligning with our values.

I'm pleased to announce the outcome of our September fundraiser for Su***de Prevention Month. Although our goals weren't fully met, we made a tangible impact. We supported local su***de prevention initiatives for high school students and provided headstone assistance to a family in need. Collaboration with the cemetery and family confirmed the headstone's purchase and engraving, made possible by Su***de Stop It NM and HOT Help Reach Out Taos. Our business will cover ground opening and setting costs, with delivery expected on December 17. We invite individuals requiring headstone support for loved ones lost to su***de to reach out, and we'll facilitate fundraising efforts.

I would like to make an important announcement regarding the upcoming James Beard nominations. The closing date for nominations is November 29, and we are seeking your support to categorize our establishment under Indigenous cuisine.

While our original goal was to completely decolonize our menu within the next two years, we believe it’s time to begin that process now. Our team is fully staffed and excited to announce that we will be open six days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM starting in November.

We are currently looking to source a few local ingredients, including rabbit, bison, quail, and duck eggs. Additionally, we will begin our transition to Spanish cuisine on November 1. If you know anyone who can help us acquire these products, please have them send me a direct message as soon as possible.
Item's leaving the menu for good
Come get them while they last until the end of the month
Pork roulade
Chicken and waffles
Char chicken
Oxtail adovada
And mint chimichurri lamb chops
Bacon will be removed from the brunch menu and replaced with a duck prosciutto

Thank you for your continued support!

Dear Albuquerque friends I have a cousin who just went through a 16 hour craniotomy surgery and they’re staying at my house in Albuquerque. I was able to get couches tables in the home cleaned up since it was empty for their stay but looks like they’re gonna need a few beds if anybody has any extra full or queen size beds with mattresses, please let me know so that I can have them picked up so I can make the whole family comfortable in my home. Thank you in advance.

Good morning, Facebook family!
We are thrilled to announce that we have been recognized for the fifth consecutive year with a James Beard award. It's important to us to share how you can help us create a new category to support indigenous-owned and operated businesses that specialize in indigenous cuisine. This new category will contribute to an alliance for what we call "New American cuisine." We have several chefs in mind, such as Sean Sherman and Just Pioche, who are on the same path as us, and we'd like to give them recognition as well. I've included a video that explains how to create this new category and how to submit our restaurant for this award.

Suggested category:
Best Emerging American Restaurant 2024 - Northern New Mexico
Excellence Award in Indigenous Cuisine 2024
