Been Tweaking the Basmati Rice Bowl with Seared Vegetables and Roasted Chicken Breast. Also the PHO is coming along nicely. The Beef Broth takes 8 hours to cook and is AWESOME. With Star Anise, Cinnamon, Oxtail and Brisket (to name a few of the ingredients) it is warming, nourishing and invigorating 🙂. Very Fresh !

Next Week, we will add PHO to the menu. We will have slow braised brisket with oxtail beef stock and a host of fresh vegetables including bean sprouts, carrots, onion, cilantro and whatever else is REALLY fresh. When you order it, you will heat up the broth and pour it over your delightful, thinly cut vegetables and beef, to create a lively rice noodle dish that will invigorate and enthuse you !!! Anise, cinnamon and other special spices, make this a memorable delight.
