Been Tweaking the Basmati Rice Bowl with Seared Vegetables and Roasted Chicken Breast. Also the PHO is coming along nicely. The Beef Broth takes 8 hours to cook and is AWESOME. With Star Anise, Cinnamon, Oxtail and Brisket (to name a few of the ingredients) it is warming, nourishing and invigorating 🙂. Very Fresh !

Been practicing on PHO for the menu this week. The rich beef stock, over the tender vegetables and brisket, with star anise and cinnamon among other spices, just divine ! Now if I can just find some Thai Basil .

Next Week, we will add PHO to the menu. We will have slow braised brisket with oxtail beef stock and a host of fresh vegetables including bean sprouts, carrots, onion, cilantro and whatever else is REALLY fresh. When you order it, you will heat up the broth and pour it over your delightful, thinly cut vegetables and beef, to create a lively rice noodle dish that will invigorate and enthuse you !!! Anise, cinnamon and other special spices, make this a memorable delight.

I like surprises and these are a few items you might like to try. Johnsonville Smoked Cheddar Sausage with Fresh Sauerkraut, or our fresh, not frozen Wings with a great choice of sauces. Or a lite "Summer is coming Soon" Salad to celebrate the Holiday Weekend !

We make the soups from scratch, we bake the rolls ourselves and we use the highest quality mixed greens for our salads and yes, we make the dressing too.
