Deadheads of all ages came out Friday night to sing and dance as Dead Meat: A Grateful Dead Tribute Band performed outstanding covers of the Grateful Dead’s iconic hits. It was such a great time!

🎹 What a night at The Ark! Our Atrium transformed into a piano bar this past weekend, and our community showed up ready to sing. From Carole King and Alanis Morissette to a surprise throwback with Coolio, the requests rolled in nonstop, and Nina delivered each one with warmth, humor, and incredible vocals. And of course, the night ended with everyone belting out “Piano Man.”

Last week, The JCC’s Inclusive Collective brought Pure Imagination to life — an original production created and performed by an extraordinary cast of adults with differing abilities. Their creativity, heart, and talent lit up the stage and reminded all of us of the magic that happens when everyone’s voice is celebrated.

We’re also so proud of our Almost Home and Club J students, who helped build the show’s whimsical set. Their teamwork and artistry made the world of Pure Imagination truly shine.

Thank you to everyone who supported this joyful, inclusive production. Our community is stronger — and more inspired — because of you.
