Had to wait for the SURPRISE! before I posted this fun board. Hitting all the classic charcuterie flavors, with 5 different cheeses, 3 different meats, dried and fresh fruit, almonds, pistachios, whipped local honey, orange fig jam, and a homemade tomato onion jam.

And when I heard the cupcakes at this birthday party were going to be Pokémon, well, I had to run with that inspiration, just a little, with a nod to the Poké Ball.

Calling this one a "kid-cuterie." We had a delayed holiday celebration today and I couldn't wait to fill this adorable tray! I made this with a couple of my favorite toddlers in mind. They devoured the tomatoes and cucumbers, didn't even waste time with the homemade ranch dip.

Merry Christmas from Chic-cuterie!! I was going for a wreath charcuterie look, but the big empty space in the middle was just begging for some goodies. This board features 7 different cheeses with salami, pepperoni and prosciutto. Fresh raspberries, grapes and pomegranate. Topped off with bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese and pigs in a blanket. We noshed on this allllll day! Tis the season for indulging, right??

Threw together this veggie tray for family game day yesterday! Crispy roasted broccoli and cauliflower are a great addition to the fresh vegetables. (They also happen to be my favorite part.) Served with homemade ranch dip.
