Alice in Wonderland theme birthday party!

The entire cake is edible with the exception of a couple small decorations (playing card roses, pocketwatch, candles, flamingo picks, mini teapot).

Chocolate cake, mixed berry filling, vanilla frosting. Coated with fondant then decorated with chocolate candy keys and hearts, meringue caterpillar & mushrooms, arrow sign cookies and vanilla frosting accents.

Carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Decorated with white chocolate teapots/teacups, marshmallow bunny ears, and white chocolate roses (painted red with decorative edible gel).

Mocha cupcakes filled with mocha latte mousse and topped with mocha ganache. Decorated with vanilla frosting and chocolate skeleton keys, fondant hearts & chocolate crowns, vanilla frosting and meringue mushrooms.

Favors were ‘Eat Me’ sugar cookies decorated with white chocolate icing and ‘Drink Me’ bottles, filled with fruity liqueurs.

What a fun order! So many little details to look at.

Hi, and thanks for checking out my page! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Jamie. I'm that funny, singing pinup that loves superhero movies, her ruby slipper heels and PF Flyers. I thought maybe you'd like to hear my story...

I have always loved to cook and bake, so as an adult I decided to attend culinary school. Just a few months before graduation in 2020, we were faced with a global pandemic and it literally shut everything down. For everyone.

So, as someone who had done nothing but cook and dream, read, eat, sleep about cooking for so many years....I started cooking at home. I even made it to the front page of the city's newspaper. So, I delivered same-day meals in takeout or baking pans to my family and friends. They all supported my work and I got to feed them with food that I loved to make and it made us all happy during a time when it was hard to find a happy balance.

Since then, I have prepared simple meals to full family-style dinners, wedding cakes, bagels, French Macarons, and cookies by the dozens, and I am well over 100 custom cakes at this point. My goal now is to make my family and friends happy, plus their family and friends. I show love through the small details and personalization of each cake or hand-crafted item I make.
