Winter is…a time. SAD diagnosis, anyone? Oh, everyone in New England? That checks out. Except you sickos who love the cold and snow.
However, I love me some warm joy amid the freeze. Like Annabell and Sam, who met in College (Norwich), joined the Navy together, did lots of long distance, got engaged at Acadia National Park, and finished 2024 with a wedding! How gorgeous are they? And thanks for your gorgeous displays 🥰

Finished the year by waiting at the bottom of Acorn Street for 57 tourists to take their selfies ✅

It was a very slow year for me in terms of business, but we had a baby and stuff, so it kind of worked out. 😆 I’d like more slowness in the new year, but in the peaceful and restful way. Always looking ahead, always hoping for better. Here’s to 2025!

I love a city session SO MUCH that I’m going to give one away on this year! So be on the lookout for that!

We can do a branding session, engagement session, maternity session, really any old reason will do! First-time clients AND returning clients will be welcome to enter.

I’d love to pop back in to the Graduate hotel again for some shots but also just mosey around Providence. This will be a winter session and I’d love to plan outfits and all of the things!

A fun & gorgeous wedding on what felt like the hottest day in June. Or maybe I was just pregnant. Or maybe this couple was just super hot 😎. Either way, take a gander through some of my favs working with Jessie and John. I love a unique wedding moment and on this day, it was a Lithuanian tradition involving colorful sashes as you can see on slides 4 & 9. Willowdale is a magical place, I’d love to book more there!

Rainy and overcast, this mini wedding was a true joy for me to photograph. Not gonna lie, the best tones- and smiles- seem to come from rainy day weddings. If you’re willing to just let it happen and accept “it is what it is” when it comes to rain, beauty abounds! All that red dirt on the bottom of Marguerite’s dress is just normal for her as an equestrian / horse mom / working student…and for her husband Brandon as a “horse husband”!🐴🐴 M’s horse, Levi, was very excited about the wedding and could not contain himself and so he jumped the fence with fervor at the end of the ceremony which was very exciting for everyone 😅 I got one shot of him bolting for the fence and he was gone!

CHERYL AND EDMUND: another chance at forever.

These two 78-year-olds have known each other for 50 years but never had a connection, since they were both married and lived different lives. A couple years after losing their spouses, they “started having suppers together,” as Cheryl told me. They developed a sweet friendship and ultimately decided to marry each other. Cheryl says, “we’ll be lucky if we get 15 years together!” They celebrated their marriage at their church and enjoyed a luncheon with their closest family and friends. 🥹 I can’t wait to share more from this special and rare sort of day. It filled my heart with so much joy!
