80th birthday taco bar!! 🌮🌮

We really had fun doing this one! Taco bar with beef and shredded chicken with all the toppings/sides. Meat and cheese tray, apples with caramel dip (always a hit), and some delicious fruit salsa with homemade cinnamon tortilla chips!

We had fun feeding the board of directors and the providers at Springhill Medical Center. We did 2 separate catering jobs for them! They filled up on some beautiful hand cut steaks, chicken, brown sugar mushrooms, baked potatoes/loaded mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, and a few delicious desserts!! C³ has been staying busy! A popular question we get is "what type of food do y'all do?" The answer is, almost anything! We take your requests, do the research, give you a quote, then work with you to meet your expectations to the best of our ability!

Just a few examples of what we've done so far

- Taco bar with shredded chicken, pork carnitas, and beef tacos.

- Fish fry's with all the fixings.

- Brisket and grilled chicken with green beans, potatoes, and rolls.

- Hamburger steak dinner, with green beans, mashed potatoes, rolls, and apple crumble dessert.

We've done small gatherings up to larger weddings.

We can set up and serve your food for an extra cost, or just come and set up, or we have even made food and packaged it for pickup!

So please just reach out and see what we can do for you. We love trying new stuff and helping you get what you invisioned for your party!

We had the pleasure of catering for THS prom last night! We took the new trailer on her maiden voyage and it worked great. We provided brisket, chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans, and rolls! We are so thankful to have had this opportunity!!

I have been catering for friends and family for over 20 years and finally decided to start my own business. Scott and I have always had a love for food and enjoy cooking together. We have catered a few weddings featuring a large charcuterie table for their reception. I enjoy doing these so much because every table is different.
