Good afternoon! The building is still actively waiting to be leased so as long as it's sitting empty the setup is still the same! Tables and chairs are all in the building! I will still be accepting parties until we have a plan set. Booking June parties as of right now so if anyone is interested please message me! It will be a flat day rate of $350. Building open after 8am for setup until 6pm. Thank you! 🎉

We have availability for Graduation parties! Get them booked ASAP! Price for the day will be for after 8am to setup in morning until evening unless you need it for different times. Available dates will be May 16th, 17th,18th,23rd, 25th, 30th,31st and 1st. 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓

I want to start by saying Thank You to everyone who supported The Party Place LLC and all the wonderful people I got to meet along the way. It sure was fun and it was so exciting seeing all the different themes in the building. It is with a heavy heart that after January we will be trying to lease out the building. I apologize for anyone interested in booking graduation parties but this is the best step for the future for now and we are only honoring the rest of January's parties. If you know of anyone interested and looking for a building to lease for a business please reach out and I can give you some more info on filling out an application! Thanks again to all of our customers and vendors! 🩷🎉
