🚨Update🚨
I have been pretty absent on Facebook for awhile but unfortunately I've had multiple issues of getting into my facebook and then going through the process it takes to get back into my account.

Email is still my number one form of communication and I'm working on updating my website since I am currently going through old inventory and updating rental items as well for clients. There will also be a much easier way to reserve your rentals through the website for when my calendar of appointments are booked a month or two out that way you can still hold your items until you are able to come in to view in person. (All website updates and changes coming soon)

Also with my number one service of day of coordination I still have some dates available for 2024 and I have started booking for 2025 already.

Excited about having a centerpiece station. When coming to your showroom appointment feel free to bring your color swatches and any florals you plan to use to be able to try out your design!! If you are using real flowers in your centerpieces you can still bring artificial for the design look.🙂

There is a tub of different florals to use if you are unsure when it's time for your appointment and candles to use.

Just a reminder that next week November 14th-18th is my last week of showroom appointments and client meetings with next weekend being my last wedding as well. This way I have a week or two to prepare for baby boy coming and then I will begin my maternity time away.

I will not be doing any rentals or in person appointments/meetings during this time away but will respond to messages and emails when I can.

In the last few weeks I have added a lot more inventory to the showroom that I'm excited to share with clients next week and then when I'm back. Several positive changes will be coming as well for when the showroom appointments are opened back up.

Reminder as rentals are going out every week that Tuesday and Wednesday are the best days for showroom appointments. This way you get to see more inventory with rentals going out on Thursdays and Fridays and coming back on Sundays and Mondays. Booking rentals for 2023!

💥Announcements

We have been in full swing for wedding season and just a reminder the best way for communication is by email or through the website.

Showroom appointments for rentals are now available in the mornings again during the week as well as still evenings. (Reminder rentals come back Monday and go out Thursday/Friday so some rentals might be out during these days to view)

November 19th, 2022 through January 2023 we will not have showroom appointments or any services during these times to enjoy this time with baby #2 coming and we will return sometime in February.

We are so excited for baby #2❤️

However, I will not be taking any events/weddings for coordinating/planning or having any rentals going out the last week of November through all of December and January. I have great recommendations for businesses for rentals to send your way during this time. Now is the time to get those rentals booked for the early months in 2023 and 2022 coordinating is very limited.

Delivery of rentals with setup is no longer available for the end of September through October (2022) of rental drop offs from Megan Dain Weddings and Events. Rentals must be picked up by the client these two months now due to already being booked on these dates. We still have limited availability for day of coordination on a few dates this fall!!🙂 If still needing rentals book your walk through now to get all of your decoration needs! We let you pick up 1-2 days prior to your wedding or event date and return 1-2 days after.

No longer have any availability for December of 2022 or January of 2023 for services.
