Happiest of birthdays to our kind-hearted and detail-driven Business Manager Linda!

We've said it before and we'll say it again, Linda is the one who keeps us all in line, the one who keeps the lights on (she DOES pay all our utility bills! 😆), and the general reel-er in-er of our (occasional!) chaos. We are forever grateful for the hard work and grace that this requires on her part, and we know that the detail, patience, and forethought she brings to each working day are a true gift to our entire team.

Thank you Linda for all you do. We hope you celebrate today with all the joy and vigor you deserve!

Ideal is closed today and tomorrow to allow our team time to celebrate the New Year (and then a bit more time to recover from said celebrating. 🙃😆)

As we reflect on another year serving this wonderful community we get to call home, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to our customers, partners, and colleagues. If we have learned one thing in our near 80 years of existence, it's that whether very good times, very bad times, or somewhere in between, people will find a way to celebrate. Celebrate each other, celebrate their accomplishments, celebrate for the pure joy that it brings. What a beautiful thing. And how lucky are we at Ideal to bear witness to those celebrations? Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for celebrating with us all these years. We can't wait to do it again in 2025.

Please see our amended hours for the upcoming holidays. We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

For rental orders during this time, pick ups can occur between 9 am and 5 pm on Thursday the 26th or Friday the 27th as normal (unless otherwise arranged), with returns on Monday the 30th during our normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Today marks our beloved Retail Manager, Kathy Morrison's last day at Ideal. We are both immeasurably saddened and infinitely happy for her as she embarks on her next chapter of retirement. Kathy is the longest tenured current employee at Ideal (even longer than our President, Blake!) and Ideal simply will NOT be the same without her.
