I gotta admit, i loose my spark lately in the kitchen.. But today with this snowy weather i tried again.. Been playing a lot of this “Adobo recipe” if you know filipino they are famous in their “Chicken Adobo” so i come up with my own “ Fry Adobo” my family is picky, so everytime i cook i change most of ingredients depends in their tast buds! 😅 this Fry adodo is marinated before i cooked as a adobo then i fry the chicken meat to make like a “ADOBO FLAKES” 😋 i used the adobo flakes to make a “ADOBO RICE” with my own egg rolls 😛 Hubby been requesting eggrolls to give some at work!. And here you go! Enjoy lunch🍛🍽️

I hope all of you guys are doing great!
I know it’s been a while, with covid and having a brand new baby, i took a little break.. Sharing my few works i know you guys miss my cooking but you can always hit me up, and i can try to make a way to give your cravings.. Here is my own recipe of Rustic chocolate grange.
This is not a butter cream so the sweetness is just about right, if you love chocolate this is the perfect one for you, it combine the pure cocoa chocolate and a coffee, but the trivia there is you will not gonna taste the coffee. The coffee breaks the sweetness of the chocolate🤤😋
And of course my hubby’s favorite Sans-Rival.. The creamy buttery icing cake with Cashew nuts😉🍰
