I am SO happy for my friends Kelli & Nathan, they're having baby!
It's not my story to tell, but after personally seeing their journey and knowing everything that they have been through to get here. There is no doubt in my mind about 2 things, 1. that true miracles exists and 2. God sure is VERY real. It brings me absolute joy to see my friends so happy and so very well deserving of this precious gift from above💙🌈

Sometimes I get caught up in wanting those perfectly posed, center photos and then photos like this happen that remind me that there is beauty in the random happen by chance photos too!
Greyson didn't want to do anymore photos so as a ploy to get more photos and make it fun, Casey said let's all lay our heads together. And this picture was born, I love it so much 😍🥰

Last nights maternity session was magic 🥹✨
Danielle and Scott are so special to me. When I was first starting to photograph weddings they booked me even though I hadn’t done many weddings at that point… they believed in me. I’ll always remember meeting them at Barnes and Nobles and them saying they wanted to book with me! I was so excited and nervous but their wedding day was perfect. And it was just one I’ll never forget for so many reasons but one being I’ll always remember how GORGEOUS Danielle looked in her wedding dress that day. I’ll never forget all the times they have booked me since their wedding day for photos. All it takes is for one person to believe in you and your abilities.

I feel so lucky that the people I do get to photograph are family to me! Each and every one. I get to watch them grow families and get to capture ALL their important memories in life. I truly love doing this . And this one is special to me. I could tear up thinking about it. In a short few weeks I get to photograph them as a family of 3 for the first time with their baby girl (plus their fur babies). I can’t wait.

Donita and Leigh started this wedding planning journey 3 years ago if you can believe it or not!! Their big plans for their wedding was supposed to happen 2 years ago and while they still got married and I was still able to capture it and it was BEAUTIFUL! It still wasn’t the whole vision they had in mind celebrating with everyone they know and love. In between all that they had a beautiful son, Barnett too!

BUT finally flash forward to yesterday it was the most beautiful and gorgeous day and everyone was finally able to be there and celebrate with them! It was an emotional day for them and even I was so teary eyed. They had this table out with all the photos I’ve taken for them over the last 3 years from their engagement, their small wedding ceremony, Barnetts newborn photos, and it all just choked me up seeing it all. The last 2 years have been so stressful and such scary times, and the fact we were able to capture all these happy moments just made me so emotional.
And it was so nice to finally feel some sense of normalcy again and see everyone dancing and letting loose! I’m so happy for Donita and Leigh and can’t believe we were finally able to celebrate all together!! Here is a little sneak peak of their portraits. Congrats Donita and Leigh I’m so happy for you guys! 🥹🥹🥹🎉👰🏻👰🏽💍💓

Happy Valentine’s Day to my friends Kitiara, Mike and little KayCee. Kitiara has been planning to do a Valentine’s Day maternity shoot since she told me she was pregnant in the very beginning 😂🙌🏻❤️ my kinda gal!! We decided to do this in the comfort and warmth of their home (when it was snowing of course outside) and it turned out soooo cute! so happy we were able to make this vision become a reality! 😘

Just a little humble brag…I took photos of my own baby shower August 2020 and my sisters and best friends all ordered a cake and some decorated woodland animal theme cookies from Pink Skirt Desserts. I posted them on Google reviews and I got an email saying the pictures I posted have been viewed 90,000 times!!! This is such a huge accomplishment for me and this also means that Ellie and her team over at Pink Skirt Desserts are rocking it and business must be booming to be getting viewed that many times! So excited and proud and honored my pictures have been viewed this many times and I’m also so happy for Ellie!! 🥳💕
