We cater all events, and occasionally you’ll see us around town as a food vendor. We’re licensed and insured and have catered over 400 events locally. • B I R R I A T A C O S • . . . We’re excited to introduce our new menu item, starting tomorrow Akash Winery & Vineyards! Birria is a traditional mexican dish. The shredded beef flavor comes from its juicy broth that cooks overnight. This flavorful meat can be enjoyed in a taco, or a “Quesa-Birria Taco” dipped in its consumé (beef broth). We look forward to serving this new item to you all!

Our Story

Tap’s Taco Catering is a company that brings fresh, authentic flavors to Baja Style tacos. Founder, Angel Tapia, has decided to bring his passion and culture to life by inviting everyone to be apart of his story. Growing up with a Hispanic background, Angel was very intrigued watching his grandmother cook and prepare authentic Baja Style tacos for their family. Today, Angel has mastered his grandmothers craft and is proud to bring the flavors to you.
