Dear clients, planners and venues,
This is an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the businesses we partner with, the health of the global economy, the entire wedding industry and the way we live our daily lives. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that Phoenix Wedding DJs is here for you.
Now, we will do everything to continue to accommodate you, your fiancée, venues and guests. What does that mean for you and your wedding? We will still be the DJ company for your wedding. We know that some dates may be changed and that is okay with us. We do have some clients that are booked for 2020, 2021 and 2022. If your wedding is this year, we know that you may have to change your date. Please let us know any changes. If there are any conflicts in DJ availability we will let you know individually when, you let us know your date change. There will not be any changes in a deposit on either end however, if you have a balance that will be forwarded to you still but, due one month before your wedding date (even if rescheduled). No new deposit will be needed.
In closing, this was nothing that any of us seen coming. We care about the health and safety of all involved in your wedding. We want you all to know that we are thinking of each of you and praying that we all get through this in great health.
