My heart breaks for all those people in Lahaina on Maui.😥 I can't even imagine what they're going through comma it's extremely devastating and truly hoping that no more lives are lost. 36 is a large number, not to mention all the people that are homeless now. I remember driving down front street in Lahaina and just in amazement of all the galleries and nice eatery's not to mention the huge mangroves tree that is there. I think it is one of the largest in the world since its connected through its root system, which is almost a square block. I hope that survived.🙏

Had a great Day Out at hammer sky serving up barbecue and charcuterie boxes and salad with chef. Gregory's Ginger soy dressing and the barbecue had the Southwestern flare season on it. And here are a few pictures. After we got the grill go and it got a little bit out of control, and let's just say that......

Heading home after the competition and clean up,lots of cleanup and tear down and deconstruction of the booth. Here's a couple of photos from the competition and the old downtown Memphis area,get not a plane headed home back to reality.

This is a slow-roasted and smoked prime rib cooked medium rare. This seems to be one of the guest's favorite at a lot of the events that we've done lately. We offer a large variety of proteins to choose from locally sourced. We work with local farmers and growers to supply the freshest and best possibilities with excellent cooking techniques. As a graduate of the culinary Institute of America (CIA) of Hyde Park, New York. It is very difficult for me to cheat and poor-quality things it just rubs the wrong way! So when quality and service matter, we are your one-stop shop.
