Our beautiful RENTAL SPACES are simply starting points for you to design your once-in-a-lifetime experience. We allow our clients to have a fully personalized wedding/event.
* DIY or/and BYO food, decoration, and entertainment with your choice of vendors.
* We include tables and chairs with indoor rentals and tables only with outdoor rentals.
* The large kitchen is included with your rental for warming up and staging the food.
* We do not have an in-house vendor/ preferred vendor list.
Venue Spaces:
*Elegant Atrium (Mekhjian) Banquet Hall: It has a soaring, wood-beamed cathedral ceiling which is the hall's centerpiece. Dramatic skylights run the entire length of the massive hall, streaming in refreshing organic light.
*Beautiful adjacent Ariyan Conference Hall: Accessed by sliding glass doors, offers an optional additional space for larger gatherings. There is a theatrical stage with curtains in Ariyan Hall.
*5 acres of park-like private property surrounded by woods, a brook, and a cute wooden bridge. You will find lush landscaping and large lawns that may be tented for an outdoor reception.
*The welcoming lobby area can be utilized as a cocktail lounge or micro gatherings for up to 50 guests.
St. Thomas Armenian Church sanctuary is attached to the venue, and it has a separate entrance.
