Why did you all choose the Establishment Barn?

“We chose the Establishment Barn for so many reasons! We felt like the venue elegantly combined our two styles— rustic and glam. When we walked in, you could tell every detail was well thought out and not just an afterthought. Our wedding had to be in the colder months of Texas and we liked how we could have an indoor cocktail hour (our guests ended up appreciating this so much). We felt confident Sara and her staff were knowledgeable. It honestly just felt right!”

What was the highlight of your special day?

“The highlight of my day was having my Bull bless our meal. My grandfather’s health was rapidly declining and we feared he wouldn’t make it. Looking back I’m so thankful he did.”

One piece of advice for a future bride?

“If you chose to do a braiding unity piece— make sure your fiancé knows how to braid and practice it. We didn’t think to practice that portion of our ceremony. To my surprise my husband did not know how to braid. 😂”

“We chose The Establishment Barn because we were both looking for a place that was a white barn with plenty of space and trees and areas to have outdoor games. This place checked off every box🤍”

What was the highlight of your special day?

“The highlight of our wedding day was having everyone we love in one place! The dance party of a lifetime under the best twinkle lights!”

One piece of advice for a future bride?

“One thing I would tell any bride is to not stress about the small things! Your wedding day is going to be a time remember no matter if your bridesmaid hair isn’t the way you wanted it. You got your person, you got your venue (Establishment Barn- obviously), you got your flowers, and your photographer- At the end of the day, you married your best friend and that’s the best memory of all ❤️”

1- What made you choose to have your special day at The Establishment Barn?

“The venue was stunning! We loved both the bridal suite and the grooms suite! But what really set the establishment barn apart for us was the personable staff. We felt like our day was important to them and that we weren’t just another wedding. Sarah went above and beyond to help make sure our day was so special. We also had great flexibility in set up for the day before and on the day of which helped us tremendously.”

2- What was the highlight of your wedding day?

“Being surrounded by those that we love and love us. It’s not often, if ever, that you get the chance to have everyone so dear to you in one room.”

3- What is one piece of advice you would give to a future bride?

“Enjoy the ride! Wedding planning can be stressful if you make it that way. But it can also be so much fun!”

Why did you all choose the Establishment Barn?

“The outdoor ceremony area captivated me the most along with the most HELPFUL staff from the beginning. Y’all literally made me feel like family from day 1 and that connection is so valuable in making for a perfect wedding day”

What was the highlight of your day?

“The first and most obvious highlight of my day was walking down the aisle toward my husband and having someone play acoustic guitar and singing as I was walking down. I still hear the music and it created the most intimate moment for me as I walked down the aisle.

The second highlight of my day was the “getting ready” process. The bridal suite made for the PERFECT hangout/pampering day with my girls.”

One piece of advice for a future bride?

“Take the time at some point during the reception to sneak away for some sunset photos with your husband. I will never forget this being such a breath of fresh air for he and I to escape from the “chaos” of everything and just to have that quiet space for us to catch our breath and soak in just the 2 of us (and also capture some of the most beautiful pictures)”
