go down Grand Traverse trail to Mary's saddle
beginner course use Side Winder all the way to base,
Intermediate /Advance use upper Buffalo to Side Winder to base
from base ride up PRT road to Lower Sticks N Stones- down to base,
turn out on to Lightning Ridge trail
Lightning Ridge trail -around lightning ridge loop back across saddle
and down to btm of Peaked on New peaked trail
BTM Peaked on to Mill Cr trail to Teton Canyon.-Finish
4700' vertical,
12 1/2 miles long
8 1/2 downhill
3 1/2 up hill
3/4 mile flat
