We uncovered a true gem hidden within the pages of the past - the R.L. Polk & Co.'s Texarkana City Directory from the year 1945! 📚✨

As we leafed through the pages of time, we stumbled upon a fascinating revelation on pages 38 and 39 - advertisements for the Grim Hotel and Hotel McCartney! 😲🏨

It's incredible to see how time flies and how our beloved Texarkana has evolved over the years. These historic hotels were once the center of hospitality and comfort, serving as a testament to the rich heritage of our city, and we love seeing Downtown coming back to life. 🏛️💫
