Once opened as Texas Produce, it was then sold to Richie Brother Grocery, and now The Historic 1894 is home to some of the most unique places in Downtown Texarkana. Featuring The Gallery at 1894, 1923 Banana Club (our hidden basement speakeasy!), Studio 71 (our 70s themed rental space!), and even loft apartments!
