Carol Malcolm founded and opened Four C’s Catering in The Dalles, OR in 2000. Since then she has become a well-known gourmet caterer and friend in the community. In April of 2018, Mike and Lisa Erland purchased Carol’s business knowing that her reputation has great value. The best part of the purchase is that Carol remains the chef of the newly named Four Seasons Catering. Located right along the Columbia River at 1535 Bargeway Rd., The Dalles, OR. At the new location we also have a beautiful on-site venue for catered events.
