Mark your calendar for the 2024 Ilani Casino BBQ Fest in Ridgefield, Washington on August 24th - 25th. There are a number of events happening, including several opportunities to taste the cooking of the 15 celebrity chefs, including Alton Brown, Kevin Bludso and Misty Banchero. There also is the BBQ Competition and vending opportunities - more on that coming soon, but there will be an opportunity for veterans and first responders to compete. If you are interested Rick Browne is heading up that event. Operation BBQ Relief will be there too
