Here's what I'd like you to know about me:

I'm from a small town in Southwest Georgia, currently living in Athens, Georgia. I'm in school at the University of Georgia, studying management, and trying to do what I'm passionate about on the side - photography and graphic design. I fell in love with photography about 6 years ago and take my camera everywhere with me. I picked up graphic design while

taking a yearbook class in high school. I like to think of the daunting task of looking at a blank computer screen and making an idea in my head come to life, or making someone look and feel beautiful in photographs, as exciting as jumping out of a plane (and I've done that). It is my goal as your photographer or graphic designer to show the world who you are.

Oooooooo guys I’m itching to share this morning date-tour of Thomasville engagement shoot with Laura and Carter but I’m forcing myself to wait until I finish editing to share more. But man it’s good. Sunrise spent in the garden at then to for dance and drink in the lounge and finished with a quick stop for coffee in and a stroll around Broad Street. Gosh it’s good and I have some small things up my sleeve for this one too

Many many things to love about Jordan and Thomas’s wedding. But my favorite part is the fact that they didn’t shy away from who they are and what makes their relationship special

- Tables named after significant groups and moments (my space top 8 took the cake for me)
- they served communion to their guests. This was a highlight and seriously the most genuine and sweetest part of the day

- they handed out flowered sunglasses tot shirt guests for the ceremony

- The groomsmen wore dark green suits because that’s just what they liked and I loved it so much

- colorful bridesmaids dresses because Jordan loves spring

- her dad spoke before the reception began and it made me cry

-oysters during cocktail hour

I just love that I left feeling like I got to walk through their story and know who they are. I loved them already, but their wedding day was truly something special

I know less is more but I really don’t know how to do that…. Elli + Tyler had the party of the year with all of their people at the windiest day of the year too but I don’t think anything could have phased them. It was a FUN day

hi friends,

Figured I was due for an intro and “show my face on the grid” post. This is very much life lately. Chasing a toddler around lol

I’m reading through Genesis right now and the Lord is really teaching me how important obedience is. Not partial obedience but full surrender obedience. That’s the only way to feel the full grace of God and what He has for us.

As Caleb and I are beginning these very formative years of parenting, it’s so important that we pass on the idea of full obedience to Lane too.

I’m also learning and seeing through the lives of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob how the decisions we make today have the potential to impact generations behind us

I am trying to fully obey and lean into the calling the Lord has for us because 1. That’s the only way to experience the fullness and grace the Lord has and 2. Because we may not see the consequences for generations. These decisions lead by trust and faith in God, or altered by our own desires instead, may completely affect Lane’s future and his kids’ futures

Anyways, my two sense for the day, week, month - however long it takes for me to show my face again 😜

Baby in bloom as they say 🌸

I obsess over this tree every single year. And every year I say I’m going to do a shoot there and it rarely happens. But this year everything came together so perfectly. The full blooms of the Japanese magnolias, the perfect crisp sunset and even the cows who watched us from the distance. What a dream evening

Sundays during the first few months postpartum were always my favorite. Morning coffee. Slow. Lots of naps. Lots of cuddles. Maybe a rom com on tv. Easy and sweet.

Now they’re filled with tractor rides, a rare nap if I’m lucky lol, lots of snacks, reading the same book a million times, and trash truck or curious George on tv. Lots change in a year, but I find myself more and more obsessed and in awe of my little boy every day.

To all the new moms - it gets easier. It does, I promise. It gets better too.

I believe that life is worth celebrating and there is no better way to do that than to celebrate with pictures that will last forever. Photography is more than a hobby, it's my passion. It's a way for me to escape reality and get lost in the moment.

The thing that makes me love what I do is love. I am a romantic at heart and there is nothing that brings me greater joy than seeing two people love one another. Love is the greatest commandment and I am absolutely humbled that I get to help you celebrate that.

If you're looking for someone who will give you that polished/perfect look, that's not me. I love the perfect imperfections. I want to show the world who you are, bring out that joy inside of you, and celebrate life's biggest accomplishments with you.
