So, add some green to your glass and celebrate! Clover Whiskey Fizz 🍀 • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey • 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup • Splash of Lime Juice • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves • Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale • Crushed Ice Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.
