I decided to open this business after being stiffed by another local balloon artist. I was left at the last minute when they didn't show up at the party to come up with my own creations. After doing that I received SO MANY compliments that I started playing with ideas and said "I can do this" I don't want anyone to be overcharged and disappointed like I was.
