We are grateful for the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We are grateful to the widow who raised children without a dad. For the widower on Christmas Eve who put together toys alone. For those who attended their children’s events with happiness in their hearts while fighting back tears in their eyes. For those who had to play both roles as mom and dad in the lives of their little ones.

We are grateful for the parents who knew their child from his first breath to last, but who would have gladly reversed the roles if it were at all possible.

We are grateful for the children who knew more stories about their parents than from living out life’s stories together. For the child who longed to know better the hero in the picture prominently placed in the house.

This Memorial Day, we remember and are grateful. Freedom isn’t free.

Our upper and lower patios are perfect for the party after the ceremony! Bree and Kyle had their first dance on the lower patio, as well as their other special dances, and their send off had confetti in the air and them riding away into the dark of night and into marital bliss!

Booking a wedding at Grand Oaks Estate allows couples access to several pieces of furniture that can be used for a sweetheart table, cake table, and bridal book table.

We also have decorations that can be used - all included with the price - such as vases, table runners, and numbers stands. This is just another added bonus when using our venue.

The bridal suite at Grand Oaks Estate offers a gracious area for the bride and bridesmaids to gather. There is a floor length gold mirror which reflects the radiance of this bride on her special day. The gold accents around the room, the light wall color, and natural light give the area a perfect background for those special pictures.

The outdoor ceremony site gives our brides the freedom to decorate the arbor and entrance into the area as they choose. A background of green trees and grasses make a great foundation to add color or neutral tones to the area.

Friday, December 8, drop by for our Christmas Open House any time from 4:00-7:00pm. The tree lights will be on for you to take a tour of the house and the property, including the patios where receptions and parties take place. The beautiful space overlooks the pond and the meadow lined with Grand Oaks.

The house at Grand Oaks Estate has a large master bathroom offering the ladies plenty of room to get ready for the big day! The bathroom windows allow for much natural light, and the room has multiple plugs for curling irons and other devices.

The large bathtub makes for a great picture and if you are small enough like one of our brides last month, you can just crawl up into the sink for great make-up application!
