On Sunday, Power Hour Ministries held their church and family Christmas Party, where they enjoyed good food and exchanged gifts in the spirit of love! At Deon's Event Center, we are grateful that you chose us to host this event.

Deon's Event Center we had a fantastic night of close family and friends invited to join us to celebrate and appreciate two incredible women in our community, School Board Vice-Chair Marilyn Burks and Commissioner Melissa Hughes. They received words of encouragement from Minister Monica Tillman (Valdosta) and Pastor Shirley Strawter (Ty Ty). These ladies spoke a strong word of encouragement in their spirit and prayed they have nothing but God’s blessings in these upcoming four years!

At Deon's Event Center we had the “swearing-in” ceremony of District 2 Commissioner Melissa Hughes, who was sworn in to serve a fifth term after being re-elected by the people in her jurisdiction. She was sworn in by the Honorable Bill Reinhardt.

Last night was one for the books at Deon's Event Center! We had the “swearing-in” ceremony of District 2 Commissioner Melissa Hughes, who was sworn in to serve a fifth term after being re-elected by the people in her jurisdiction. She was sworn in by the Honorable Bill Reinhardt.
We also had a fantastic night of close family and friends invited to join us to celebrate and appreciate two incredible women in our community, School Board Vice-Chair Marilyn Burks and Commissioner Melissa Hughes.
