Good morning friends. Here is this weeks meal.

Dijon Parmesan Chicken- The chicken is breaded in a light savory flavored mustard and Parmesan crust, and then baked to perfection.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes - These sweet potatoes are seasoned with a savory blend of herbs and roasted to perfection.

Lemon Green Beans- This side dish has wonderful flavor and brings color to the meal.

Good morning. Here is the meal that I am offering this week.

Ginger Tangerine Beef-Beef strips are cooked and then tossed in a citrusy sweet sauce spiked with plenty of ginger.

Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry-This is a great combination of colorful and crunchy vegetables, seasoned with a tangy sesame sauce.

Brown Rice or White Rice

I will be taking orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday-Saturday.

Good morning all. Here is the meal I’m offering this week.

Southern-style Pulled Pork- This pork is seasoned with spices and has a nice tanginess with the use of apple cider vinegar.

Crispy Cheese Grit Squares- This is a classic southern grits recipe that is baked until golden and crispy with a wonderful cheese addition.

Asparagus Salad with Toasted Almonds and Feta Cheese- This salad is the best!! Perfectly cooked asparagus spears are tossed in a lemony dressing with toasted almonds, feta and basil.

I will be taking orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday through Saturday.

Good afternoon friends. Here is what’s cookinšŸ˜„!!

Spice-Rubbed Shrimp or Chicken- There is a savory spice paste that includes ancho chile powder and coriander along with some other spices, that is rubbed on the shrimp or chicken. It’s flavorful without being too spicy.

Pesto Potatoes- I use fingerling potatoes that are cooked and then tossed with a homemade pesto. It is a vibrantly fresh and all around scrumptious side dish.

Herb Roasted Vegetables- This is one of my favorites ways to prepare a mixture of vegetables. They turn out perfectly tender and are full of so much flavor.

I will take orders through Tuesday. I will deliver meals on Thursday and Friday only.

Mediterranean Chicken- This Mediterranean-inspired entree is full of fresh herby flavor thanks to a balsamic, basil and cilantro marinade and basting sauce.

Warm Puttanesca Pasta Salad- This pasta dish is so yummy and flavorful with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers just to name a few of the ingredients. It’s got a tangy savory dressing and is tossed with wonderful herbs and topped with crispy prosciutto.

Zucchini and Yellow Squash SautƩ- The zucchini and yellow squash are lightly seasoned and quickly sautƩed.

I will take orders through Tuesday. I am only delivering meals on Thursday and Friday.

Good afternoon friends. Here is this weeks meal.

Pork Saltimbocca- In Italy, ā€œsaltimboccaā€ means ā€œjumps in the mouth.ā€ This tender, juicy and delicious pork chop has a crispy prosciutto crust for extra crunch.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes- This is a perfect compliment to the pork that will certainly please your palate.

Apple, Walnut and Carrot Ribbon Salad- This is a nice and refreshing Autumn salad that has a honey Dijon dressing. It is a great way to round out the meal.

I will take orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are different this week. I will only deliver on Thursday and Saturday.

I’ve developed a new Fall menu for this week. Here is what I will be offering.

Apricot Dijon Salmon or Chicken-This entree is full of flavor with a sweet and savory apricot glaze that seals in the juices making it moist and tender.

Cranberry Apple Pecan Wild Rice Pilaf-The rice is cooked with chicken broth and apple juice for extra flavor. It is then riddled with sweet dried cranberries, apples and roasted pecans. Such an unbelievably savory sweet side dish.

SautƩed Spinach with Garlic- A nice simple addition of yummy flavor, color and texture to complete this meal.

I will take orders through Tuesday. My delivery days are Thursday through Saturday.

Moroccan Chicken- The chicken is baked to perfection with a Moroccan inspired blend of spices.

Toasted Israeli Couscous with Pine Nuts- Staying with the Moroccan theme, the couscous is toasted for enhanced flavor. Pine nuts and garlic are added to finish off this savory dish.

Roasted Broccoli Florets- Broccoli is seasoned and quickly roasted to have a tender middle and golden edges with irresistibly crunchy tips. Broccoli has never tasted so good.

Beef Souvlaki Kebabs with Tzatziki Sauce-The beef is marinated in lemon, garlic and oregano and then cooked to perfection.

Tzatziki Sauce-A nice refreshing combination of cucumbers, dill, lemon juice and yogurt.

Zucchini and Yellow Squash SautƩ- This vegetable side dish comes alive with the great addition of mixed herbs.

Check this out. It looks super yummy and not too complicated. I have written out recipe with ingredients, and directions to follow.

Ingredients:
puff pastry: 400 g (14 oz)
water: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
sugar: 15 g (0.5 oz)
Roll puff pastry out on parchment. Place large round dish on pastry and cut around. Place on cookie sheet with four corners. Prick pastry all over with fork. Brush with water and sugar. Bake at 356* for 25 minutes.

sugar: 15 g (0.5 oz)
Roll puff pastry out and cut into same sized circle. Cut into 12 triangles. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 356* for 25 minutes.

whipping cream: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
powdered sugar: 60 g (2.1 oz)
Greek yogurt: 250 g (8.8 oz)
Whip cream and sugar. Add yogurt. Mix again. Set aside.

blueberries: 100 g (3.5 oz)
blackberries: 100 g (3.5 oz)
raspberry: 100 g (3.5 oz)
sugar: 70 g (2.5 oz)
starch: 10 g (0.4 oz)
water: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
Place berries and sugar in sauce pan. Cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix corn starch in water and add to berry mixture. Set aside. Place a small amount in a bowl for top of cake decoration.

Place baked pastry round in pastry ring. Crumble four edges for later use.
Place 1/2 cream mixture over pastry. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 berry mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 cream mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 berry mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Remove cake from pastry ring.
Place pastry triangles over top. Add scoopful of berry mixture on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Place pastry crumbs around edge of cake.
