In his early years as a team member, he knew that becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator would enable him to set and achieve goals, coach others, impact individuals, and build a team of people to not only reach their own personal goals, but to also be part of something bigger than themselves—A team of influence to better our community. Chick-fil-A Timnath focuses on building teams, reaching our potential

, sharing our successes and creating positive experiences for our guests. This mission is an over-arching goal for the Timnath leadership team, as well. Together, we enjoy seeing the fruition of those points on a daily basis.
