Thank you all who came to our wine supper, “A Roman Holiday”. We enjoyed wines from the surrounding regions of Rome. My favorite dish was the Tortelloni in Brodo paired with the Sicilian Etna Bianco.

Fluffy pillows of Ricotta, Reggiano and Fontina enveloped in tender pasta.
